Am I reading this correctly? He was asked for his social media accounts and didn't disclose his Grindr account. When that then leaked, then it was obvious he had lied in his social media account disclosure, and that's the official reason he was let go.

Grindr isn't social media. Does it have a wall where your post things to followers? I thought it was just dating.

Sure the other failure mentioned in the article sounds serious, but not disclosing you had a Grindr account years ago? How is that at all important?
Well, the article didn’t publish the pictures so we can’t really tell. But in general, “pictures of a sexual nature” is not something you want your security chief to have ‘out there’ such that they could be compromised.
Like a pee tape, for example.
If he doesn't give a flying fuck about it, there isn't any option for blackmail.
But if they own it, it can't be used as extortion/blackmail?
Who the fuck cares that they had a dating profile with sexy pictures?!
