AITA for being weirded out by something someone said?

I know someone, Maxine, who is one of my friends (I think?) but best friend’s with my bully even though my bully kind of hates Maxine.

Maxine is a Christian who despises Satanism. She was talking about burning the Satanic church, abolishing Satanism, and calling for the mass murder of those who practice it.

I understand that Satan is in the name, and Christians hate the Devil, but I don’t believe they deserve death, to have their beliefs abolished, etc.

After all, if I’m not wrong, for Christians, God is the only one who can truly judge, not people like Maxine.

Lmfao. The satanic church has nothing to do with satanism. It just used that name to piss off idiots like her. It exposes the morons of society quite effectively.

  That’s what cults do. They find the outsider and convert them or otherwise turn them into a treat to scare their followers.
- Slight correction -- it's The Satanic Temple, not at all to be confused with the Church of Satan.

nta. my fiancé hates satanism too but he does not call for mass murder. i agree that in christianity, only god can judge.
