So…. A dick graffiti is so much worse than a damaging pothole that gets the government ass in gear. What a bunch of prude assholes!
If an idea ist stupid, but works, it is not stupid at all.

Please don’t copy it? This tactic is effective, and I’ve been reading about it for years. It’s been copied plenty, and nothing that Portland “officials” say will change that.
- IIRC, there were a number of weeks some years ago (pre panda?) when they were popping up along Michigan Ave in Detroit, and they had a resounding effect on repair times. Later on, it was discovered that it was just one guy on a mission. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Civic duty FTW. Be the change, citizens!
