I’m more concerned with how Ben shaves. Does he just use a jackhammer?
In the movie he used an angle grinder.
Twas a "meh" movie at best. Formulaic and boring, without any point. Superman was so, SO much better. Even with Pablo Pascal, it just wasn't that good.
There has never been a good fantastic four movie.
Do you think Superhero fatigue is a thing? I haven't enjoyed a super hero movie since Logan (I watched endgame and all that with friends. Enjoyed the company over the movies). So for me, both Superman and Fantstic 4 is a miss.
Yet you watched both. Are you still excited with superhero movies?
I have a kid, and he's still really big into it, so I see basically all superhero movies. I don't think superhero fatigue is a thing, it just has to be good. Like i said, Superman was absolutely great. I think marvel has just gotten lazy and greedy. They seemingly want to use every character they have, which isn't necessarily a problem if done right. If they put people in charge who love the characters, then it's much more likely to be good. Like id never even heard of peacemaker before the suicide squad but both the movie and TV show were incredible.
The TV show had one of my favorite scenes of all time, TV or movie. A guy named vigilante intentionally gets himself arrested with the intent of beating the ever living shit out of peacemakers neo Nazi dad, and goes up to the group, introduces himself and asks that they get to know each other by playing a game where each goes around saying their favorite thing that black Americans contributed to American culture, he then says that his favorite is the contribution of black music to rock and roll, and... Well anyways a fight breaks out and he fucks up the dad's 3 buddies but the dad didn't attack so he couldn't say it was self defense. "You never told me who you are" "me? Well I'm just the guy that's going to fuck you so hard your assholes going to be dragging behind you like a tail." Omfg, I've watched that scene so many times that I recorded it on my phone so I don't have to go through all the work to get to it for the one scene, but the whole show is classic Tim Gunn; heartfelt, and funny while also making a statement. So no, id say superhero fatigue isn't the issue, it's low quality schlock from people more interested in a check vs love for the stories and characters.
Ace people exist?
As someone with an ace partner I'm a little upset that people think you just can't be with someone unless you're having vaginal intercourse. People have such small imaginations. There are so many ways to have sex. There are so many ways to experience love without sex.
Gingers have fewer dating options, and so invariably end up with each other.
In the comics, Ben has a serum that lets him turn human for a week once a year.
It's ironic that he can only have sex when he's not rock hard.
