Its really hard to model fully stocked shelves of tiny items, really only happens in one of two cases:
The items have a use and are found everywhere (The Elder Scrolls, Fallout)
The game is an artistic labor of love and dedication (Alice: Madness Returns, Batman Arkham Asylum, Dragon Age Origins)
As a European I always figured this was a cultural thing and this is just what an American fridge looks like from the inside. It's not like y'all need food in there with all the fast food and everything
