Federal prosecutors launch inquiry into Washington DC police over allegedly fudged crime statistics

This pattern of going after numbers they don’t like is making risk analysts case for downgrading the USA bond rating to junk stronger and only fear of political retaliation is the only thing keeping it from going down and that is slowly losing its grip.

At this point any numbers coming out of any place run by the Trump admin should be disregarded as junk and independently verifiable data should be gathered.
