The Tesla Cybertruck is already being towed and isn't on sale yet
The truck was caught on camera from a few different angles as it was being towed from a spot on a street in San Francisco.
How is this news. A car can be towed for several reasons other than mechanical problems.
It's not out yet and it's already been illegally parked
Yeah my first thought is if it's not for sale yet, then maybe this isn't a mechanical failure
As it's not released, it's probably illegal (contractually) to drive it on a public road. This is likely more akin to seeing tech writers with unreleased hardware.
Reading the article would indicate the truck was towed for being parked illegally.
This car reminds me so much of the one designed by Homer Simpson. Even Cybertruck as a model name makes me cringe, and this is coming from someone who quite likes the existing Tesla models.

I hate that I like the look of this truck. I hate everything else about it, and want to be fully on board with the hate train having fun poking at this monstrosity, but I just can’t help but have some shit taste when it comes to the look of trucks…
Maybe the concept. Or edited photos from far away. Take a realistic, close-up look, and prepare to be disappointed. And the steel seems about as "fun" to take care of as a boat.
I mean, if there goal was to recreate some 90’s era video game graphics for nostolgia. Megarace, maybe.
At least it's different. I can't tell one truck from another. GMC, Ford, Ram, Chevrolet, they look exactly the same.

Why is this car rendered in such bad quality?
It just occurred to me that these things look sort of like the Zumwalt class stealth destroyers. Has anyone tested this thing against police radar guns? I mean it's still ugly as hell, but if it's harder for the cops to bust you for speeding...
The front is flat. It will be a perfect mirror for the radar. If anything it will be easier to lock on to.

Just FYI, there are >20 other electric car makers in the market right now. A couple of those beat Tesla by a good margin, more than half have electric cars below 40k €.
My next car will be an electric car. It will not be a Tesla.
Furthermore, why are you blaming the consumer when corporations do the majority of the carbon pollution?

Tesla is bad though. Everything about their business seems to be catered to stupid people.
Literally the only good thing must has ever done in any of his ventures seems to be releasing the Tesla plug connector to other manufacturers.
And even that I'm not convinced is good long term.
