No need to victim blame. Who builds a gun range that can’t safely contain the rounds be fired?
- Yeah, the gun range seems like the place that should have the responsibility of ensuring people don't get shot.
It reads like the shooters were not in a gun range. They were just shooting in a neighboring vacant lot.
- Who builds a ballpark next to a lot that people could misuse as a shooting range? Ballparks and sports stadiums should not be built next to locations.
- If that's true then the headline is clickbait bullshit. If it was an operating range then there should not have been a sporting complex built by it out of basic sense

  Mate, first don’t put words in my mouth. Airplane noise and LITERAL FUCKING BULLETS are not the same and you know it. Second, if you stand by your take you’re the asshole and clearly not “smarter than that.”
  I expect a range to have complete control over the weaponry and ammunition used there. If they don’t, then they should be shut down.
