I mean the real answer is all of congress failed to perform one of their primary functions, and instead of working until they have an agreement, they're just trying to pin the mess on the other party, while federal workers suffer.
Susan collins still thinks Trump learned his lesson.
- Those words of hers were forcibly changed to "no lessons were required."
If this happened pre-2016, someone high up would be fired. Now, no one is being held accountable.
We have to hold them accountable for these things. Vote out the Republican congressmen that won't impeach Trump.
- Vote fuck that you guys need public executions back. It's only going to happen again and again unless the elite assholes are actually afraid.
Like why even do this? Is anyone going to get this reply and be like "I voted Democrat for years, but now that I know the reason I can't get a response about the entrance exams (I have no idea what someone would email the doe about) I realize its all my fault and I should vote Republican?
- Cause last time Trump was in office the Rs were blamed for the shutdown, and they want to be again. And their base is dumb enough to believe everything they read or are told to believe.
The people to whom this happened should make sure to follow up with every single person they sent an automatic reply to and inform them that the message was changed without their consent.
