The two most important questions of our time are:
Who do we want to be?
How do we get there?
Questions that are all encompassing like these are worthless because they don't get us any closer to the answer.
10ReplyNot asking these questions doesn't get us any closer to the answer either though?
-5ReplyIf two things lead to the same result (in this example, neither asking the questions nor not asking the questions get us closer to the answer), then isn't the lesser effort option optimal?

You say we, but i think more in terms of me, since I can't affect anyone else.
As soon as I think we, I get depressed because I don't have the power to change anything about anyone else. But I can change me.
I'm pretty close to who I want to be.
