How did they get the mountains and water to be on the side like that?

5ReplyI guess Lemmy has a problem with sideways pics because it's happened to me too. Or maybe Colorado is just sideways @_@

Aw, it posted sideways, which is funny because the post of the mines in mayflower gulch (that is also sideways) is what inspired me to post this 🤦♂️
5ReplyMy picture I posted earlier uploaded sideways too.. :(
I understand your pain and confusion
3ReplyWhat app and OS? There’s an issue where iOS stores the image orientation in the photo’s EXIF data but Lemmy scrubs all of that for privacy purposes. Fixed in Liftoff! a couple of days ago (I hope) 😀

Colorado just grows sideways, have you not see Red Rocks?

Good picture. Thanks for sharing.
If I spin my phone fast enough, I can see the picture right side up so it’s not a problem that it’s sideways.
4ReplyThis is exactly why auto-rotate is the devil
3ReplyOn iOS I guess? See my other reply.

First I wanted to downvote because the picture is sideways, but then I realized I'm wrong and the picture is perfectly right.
See, I'm in Czech Republic and this is in Colorado, so... it's about right.
3ReplyI actually just summited james peak the other day
2ReplyI did James Peak for the first time last year myself! Super pretty and fun mountain.
