Electronic Arts’ new MMA fighting game has already been announced, though its release date and platforms are still unknown.
It's not like they haven't tried in the (admittedly distant) past. The PC Madden ports of the mid 2000's even supported ATI Truform tessellation. I can't think of any other titles that weren't built using Idtech engines (or relatives like Goldsrc) that did, so they clearly tried.
Are you sure they would? It costs a lot of money to port games and market it and maybe looking at the demographics of their market, it's just not worth it financially to port it to PC.
