What do you call these? (Gold connectors)

I work for an electronics recycler and test equipment that comes through to see if its upcycle worthy. I'm a general electronics nerd but don't know much about audio equipment. I ran across these a few months ago and love them. But I tried looking for some for myself and realized I don't know what they actually called.

Offtopic, but thanks for the work you do. I was at a ewaste place last night looking for parts to upcycle some computer equipment & a printer currently on my workbench.

I am told by fellow lemmys that bluetooth is superior

- Wired and wireless are both comfortable in their respective roles. I use both knowing the pros and cons of each, and with that, I'm pretty happy with the marriage.

- Who makes a receiver they isn't locked down in some way that's wireless that isn't also ass. Must do at least 150 watts a channel. Not pro level equipment?
