Brooo... this is how I do nachos! FRESH sliced jalapeños, not pickled. The flavor profile is much fresher. Nice presentation, but like someone else said, portion is too small! lol
9On the flip side, have you ever had nachos with pickled onions? Pair them with some barbacoa, it’s a game changer.

I really like the flavor of jalapenos, but have almost no tolerance for heat. Thinly sliced raw, seeded jalapenos are beautifully bright and make me happy 😁.

2 8oz blocks shredded. They just melt better when you don’t use the pre shredded stuff. They were tasty!
