Sorry, but that title is all sorts of Wrong Word Order. We aren’t dealing with the cloning of the first Rhesus monkey to live into adulthood, we’re dealing with the first clone of a Rhesus monkey to live into adulthood.
The title suggests that for the first time in history, a Rhesus monkey has lived into adulthood, and that scientists decided to clone it because of that watershed achievement.
Better:
Rhesus monkey cloned by Chinese scientists is first to live into adulthood.
Now we correctly associate cause with effect: that this is the first cloned Rhesus monkey to survive into adulthood.
