Apple opens App Store to game streaming services

Geforce Now and xCloud on AppleTV is what excites me with this news. Apple Arcade is nice but really not an excuse to connect a controller to the AppleTV.

Wait, so do streaming apps still to give Apple a cut of a sale they made in their own app?
