My brain kept trying to resolve the upturned leaf on the left as a pond turtle.
3The upturned leaf on the left weirdly looks like someone in ghillie suit, crouched and aiming a rifle. Maybe I need to go to sleep…
2I wish there was more contrast between the Lily and the rest of the image so it stands out more.
When looking at the image, the upended leaf keeps stealing eye focus from the Lily and I find my eyes bouncing between the two.
1This is good feedback. A lower ISO would allow for the highlights to pop more while reducing the blacks.
