Delicious! Please share your brine with us. Do you use vinegar or is a fermentation planned. How much grams of salt per liter are you using? :P
1ReplyIt's 3 dl water, 2 dl white vinegar, 0.5 dl sugar and 1.5 teaspoons salt. The carrots have some dried and ground chili, and the cucumbers have dill.

Nice! Aren't the carrots too soft and floppy once pickled ?
1ReplyIf anything, my first batch of carrots came out too firm.
1ReplyWhy would you worry about that? Carrots are known to be a particularly firm vegetable.
