Reminds me of this sweet Italian lady I worked with. At noon she would go "let's do the pasta" - it was The Pasta, not "some pasta" or "what about pasta?". Noon was The Pasta time, period. Infinite variation of it, as long as it was Pasta.
I see the problem. Your pizza's too small.
Size is always dependent on the person, of course. Their problem is a poor distribution of ingredients. the whole pizza should be blessed not just the center.
Sadly the dough got stuck to the peel when I was transferring to the oven. The ingredients were distributed evenly when I assembled it.
