600 Activision QA workers unionize, Microsoft voluntarily recognizes
There are now four unions under Microsoft
For those that don't know, I helped organize this union! The feeling is indescribable, and easily the proudest moment of my life. We won!
Congrats to all 600 of you! And especially OP for successful organizing the union!

13Voluntarily as in they knew that if they didn't, they'd have to look for a huge number of new employees. Good for the workers!
9Probably more related to the current ftc complaints about the layoffs Microsoft has done post merger. An excellent time to unionize because Microsoft doesn't want to have the eye of the government on them right now
