22The sad thing is that this works for just about every school shooting. Columbine happened 25 years ago, and it was the same deal as Uvalde. Every police officer in the city (more than one city, actually) spent the entire day sitting outside doing nothing. It was hours after everyone was dead before a single cop stepped foot in that school. Seems like it's only gotten worse in the meantime.

One day I think I may try to be a cop. They don't need to do anythint more than protect other cops. The problem is, I still have a few braincells left and I don't beat my wife, so they will never accept me as one of their own.
