He pretty much just makes the case that Apple sucks and he thinks their customers are deluded. I’d be interesting in hearing more about whether it’s a solid legal case. Or, what Apple might be required to do to settle it.
Too early to say. It will be a very long case. I haven't read the complaint myself yet, but most lawyers agree that the complaint is strong (legally speaking). Feds usually only bring cases they are sure they can win, they care a lot about their win/loss ratio.
