This is exactly the kind of thing that you see Democratic administrations do, but not Republican ones.

Thank Trump and God, I guess, we'll make the EPA unconstitutional soon by repealing the Chevron Deference... then this backwards alarmist interventionalist bullshit will be removed and corporations will be free to optimize for shareholder values - like Jesus intended.
