42Not even King behaviour. In the 1640s, over 100 years before the USA was even an idea in the heads of angry colonials, the English parliament made it clear that monarchs are not above the law when they created the high court of justice to try King Charles I and subsequently execute him.
So they are trying to claim powers for the president that not even the fucking King of England had before the revolution.

They decide what cases they hear and when.
They also decide if they need to recuse themselves based on no hard rules.
If trump wins, he gets immunity. If Biden wins, they’ll sit on the case until they can get a croney in office who then gets immunity.
7They wont make a ruling on this until the day after Trump is sworn in. Or maybe further down the line if theyre still busy finding a way to hand him the election.
