Sounds like the republican plan is to take credit fro the AAA plan that they are actively fighting against. Because Lords knows they aren't going to go more then 15 weeks. They aren't going to sound "reasonable" when they are actively being inflexible.

If Republicans didn't act like lunatics when Roe v. Wade was pulled to states rights, then put women through 2 years of this crap, people might have been a bit more trusting.

Democrats won't argue on that front, because they already are winning on the "Republicans took away abortion rights" and that argument is winning them elections. This tactic will just put them on the defense twice.
