1Yep just looked it up staring salary at Ryanair is ~$33,500. So about 6 grand more than American.
2They do, and the source was already provided. The thing is Ryanair operates a lot of flights. They probably operate the most flights than any other company. And they always lack cabin crews. To the point that they now outsource a portion of their flights to other companies. That means that their workers can easily demand better payments and they do.
There was an AMA on Reddit, Ryanair is a good company to work for.
