I'm pretty sure Kira's straight, given all the boyfriends. Actually, she somehow tends to come across as the normal one on the station.

  Nana Visitor opined on this (in the What We Left Behind doco IIRC) and decided that The Intendant was, in fact, not bisexual, but simply overcome with ego and narcissism when introduced with the idea of fucking herself. This is also why she, ultimately, didn't.
