According to a post on social media from President Volodymyr Zelensky, more than 200 people may have been inside the hypermarket at the time of the attack.

It must have surely been a valid military target. I guess the Russians assumed that the Ukrainians also enhance their tank armour with random pallets and materials found at your local OBI.
21But Ukraine shouldn't use USA/EU weapons to target military targets even just over the border of Russia...
They should state that Russia is now Ukraine in some stupid "law" and fire at will.
I know, I know. It will hopefully happen soon, but tomorrow is better than soon.
