  • >didn't get exactly what you wanted

And this right here is actually the crux of the issue showing itself in full force.

You ever wonder why shit gets sandbagged?

These smug liberals genuinely see our hardships and concerns but draws the conclusion "oh well good golly gee willickers! I guess they just love to throw tantrums".

There's nothing more I can say except pit.

    • “oh well good golly gee willickers! I guess they just love to throw tantrums”.

Then they turn around and wonder why I'd rather see the country fall in on itself than work with them even in the cases before genocide was an earnest plank of their party.

  • Yeah...Trumps foreign policy was incoherent, and this automatically better than Bidens, so make the pragmatic choice for the whole world

  • Ok, let's flip the script. Republicans have been winning culture war after culture war for the past....50 years. You see real demand for some push back against the GOP and for your supposed values, and you're just wiling to take the risk to lose the election because you think enough concessions will appease the GOP? Biden literally had a golden opportunity to support Palestine and run on Trump being a zionist. Look at the rallies the so-called "normies" aren't all zionists, and anti-war is a historically winning strategy.

From an electoral standpoint, at least republicans found their winning strategy. Democrats are too pig-headed to try anything new, Minnesota dems have been on a roll when they were insecure in whether or not they'd even be around next election. New York democrats are so complacent they're twiddling their thumbs into irrelevance as the GOP gains ground. They're too scared of fitting the "SJW" stereotype perfectly.

    • Techicaly Minnesota is a merger of 2 (on paper equal, in reality lop sided) parties the Democrats and the Farm & Labor Party, Back in the day Farm and Labor had the state utterly locked, but had no affiliation with a national party, and the Dems had the inverse situation, so the Dems proposed a merger, and now we get to today where the Dems are the party more or less, however I get to credit anything they do that is better for the working class that I would expect from the US to the Farm and Labor half.

  • I see no realistic path to a Second Biden term, first nationaly Biden is super unpopular even in his own party, and Trump is still god king in his party, and second, with the Electoral Collage devaluing votes from populous states who tend to vote more democrat, I will be shocked if he wins. Now everytime I tell a lib this I get yelled at that its too soon to make predictions and Biden beet trump last time and vote blue no matter who. I can understand not wanting Trump to win, what I do not get is sicking your head in the sand and just assuming its a garenteed win
