One caveat to the second one. Child molesters go into the woodchipper. As long as they're a "nonpracticing" pedo who is going to therapy and knows that their attraction to children is wrong then they're fine. It is a mental illness after all. But the moment they do anything to a child then straight to a woodchipper, do not pass go, do not collect $200.
Well, obviously you don't start with 9mm. You start with .17 and work your way up to 22 short then 22lr and so on. If you jump straight to shooting yourself in the face with a 9mm of course you're gonna get hurt.
If you just got done giving birth in a stable because some diety decided to knock you up without your consent then you've earned the right to be a bit of a bitch.
I downvote random posts all the time while scrolling. I like to think I usually catch it but I'm sure I miss a few. Whenever I get random downvotes on innocuous comments I just assume it's from someone else doing the same.
It jammed because he was using subsonic rounds. Even in factory built firearms, subsonic rounds frequently don't have enough oomph to properly cycle the slide. It's pretty normal to have to manually cycle the slide when using those and judging by how luigi performed in the video, he knew that.
The OP doesn't get that across at all. Just going by the OP I would expect that they would start trying to sell me bleach to drink.
What you posted in the OP definitely needs to be phrased better then. Because it looks like something an antivaxer or an MMS nutter would post. "Big government wants to make all our healthcare decisions for us and we needs to rebel" is basically the antivaxer mantra. It should at least somewhere mention that its about manufacturing your own pharmaceuticals.
Also manufacturing your own medications is not illegal at all as long as they aren't controlled substances. You can make and swallow basically anything you want and the government won't stop you.
Additionally antibiotics probably aren't the best example to use for something people can do on their own because misuse of antibiotics tends to result in things like antibiotic resistant infections which can then spread and cause harm to the community.
I am adding "made a window in the block" to my lexicon. Thank you.
You wipe up to the fourth knuckle?
Sure, I'll just wave hi to the folks at the urinals as I waddle over to the sink with my shit caked ass.
Maybe he thinks touching his butthole would make him gay and a bidet would force him to wipe.
Fires up pressure washer with extreme prejudice.
Assuming you're in the US you should know that first time home buyers can put basically 0% down. You need to pay mortgage insurance until you hit 20% equity in your home but that isn't terribly expensive when you compare it to the mortgage, insurance, and taxes. The 20% down rule is really only if youre selling an existing property to buy a different one. No bank is expecting a first time buyer to put 20% down.
I want to say the total amount I paid out of pocket at closing for my house was like $3000 back in 2018. So it's still spendy but the down payment isn't as much of an obstacle as people make it out to be. The bigger obstacles are just having a good credit score and a history of stable employment.
You definitely don't need to oil it after every use. The main reason for applying oil is to keep it from rusting while it sits. If you just use it at least once a week then that rust isn't a concern. Even if it did rust you can just scrub the rust off before you use it.
There is all sorts of special care you can do to cast iron if you really get into it. But if you really don't care then you can just use it and wash it exactly like any other pan without issue. The whole soap thing is a myth now a days because modern soaps don't contain lye anymore. Soap is entirely unnecessary in cast iron but it won't hurt it. Seasoning is adequately acheived just by actually cooking with it. You really don't need any special process to season it unless you deliberately stripped off all the old seasoning. You can cook acidic foods in it without issue. I do tomato sauce in mine all the time.
Coated pans require way more care. At least I can use proper metal utensils in my cast iron.
It's pretty hard to ruin good cast iron. A good cast iron pan could spend a year at the bottom of a lake and all it would need is a good scrub and reseason to be good to go again.
About the only thing I've seen that makes them completely irrecoverable is when people use them to melt lead. Also you can crack the cheap ones in half with thermal shock.
This is a good move. So many people buy thi shit thinking its just like psylocybin. I actually had to tell mom to stop buying them.
As someone from mn (where walz has been governor for a while now) I can assure you that he's awesome. The only thing that concerns me about him is that hes been awfully quiet about Israel's genocide so I don't really know where he stands on that. Otherwise though he's amazing.
He owns no stocks and no real assets to speak of. He lives exclusively in the govenors house and is relying on his state pension for retirement. He has passed legislation enshrining abortion rights in mn, blocking corporations from buying single family homes, providing free school lunches to all students, and funding college access for everyone state wide. In his free time he likes hunting, fishing, and working on his old 1979 International Harvester Scout Truck. When he fucked up durring his response to the George Floyd protests he immediately admited that he fucked up and vowed to do better next time. Durring covid he repeatedly chewed people out on both sides of the aisle for politicizing the pandemic while enacting common sense laws about it. Honestly I can't think of a single thing he has done that I disagree with other than his response to the George Floyd protest which even he admits was wrong.
I am rabbid for this man. He would be a damn nice president. My only regret would be that if he became president then he wouldn't be my state govenor any more.
Maybe we should try running women who aren't republican lite before we say that the issue is just that they're women.
Didn't she run basically the most well funded campaign ever? How is there still campaign debt?
Tim Walz? I mean, he's another old white man but he is fairly progressive and he won't quite be at retirement age yet by next election. Plus people loved him and what he had to say before the Harris campaign started muzzling him.
So over thanksgiving my brother-in-law was talking about how he's currently going through the training to become a cop (being fast tracked for reason below) and I'm not quite sure how I feel about that. On one hand, I'm firmly in the ACAB camp. On the other hand, if somebody is going to be hired a cop, he seems like the kind of person that would do the least harm.
Frist off, he is an MP in the army and has been for several years so he already has more and better training/dicipline than most cops out there. He has actual training in conflict deescalation and proper restraint methods that don't kill people. Unlike most cops he actually has real firearm training so he can be trusted not to shoot at falling acorns or blow an infants head off in an altercation. He has actual medical training, which most cops aren't required to have.
Outside of training he also does seem like a decent guy. He's not an agressive macho shitbag like most cops and he does what he can to help people. He does strike me as leaning slightly conservative but he also lives in a rural area of a red state so that's to be expected. I don't think he's a trump supporter but if he is then he's smart enough to keep his mouth completely shut about it even after the election (which trump supporters usually aren't).
So I'm kind of torn on this one. On one hand, our current policing system is rotten to the core and he's someone looking to be a part of that. On the other hand, even though the current system needs to be burned down and rebuilt, we do need some form of police force and he seems like someone who would do the least harm in that roll.
So yeah, I'm not sure how I feel about that. I would be interested to hear what y'all think though. Have any other lemmings experienced similar or have family members who are cops?
