I found that Coppermind had what I was looking for but only for Brandon Sanderson’s books, which for the time being works for me since I’m reading his books.
Going forward I’m going to start doing it, I’m a little late now but future me will be happy.
Yeh I crossposted to the .world version of books or is it showing twice here?

I have a pretty bad memory when it comes to remembering the appearances of characters in books, usually because it’s mentioned once or twice and then mostly just briefly throughout the book again.
I was wondering if anyone knew a site that had like just the descriptions of characters from books, lifted from the text even without spoilers.
I’d like to start making notes going forward for myself when reading but I’m so far into The Way of Kings now that it’s quite difficult to backtrack for character descriptions.
Any help is much appreciated, don’t even know if what I’m looking for exists but it sounds super handy, to me anyway.
Cheers. ^^
Best not to think too hard on it
I use a mixture of Bitwarden and KeepassXC.
BW for most uses KP for things I only want local copies of ^^
Is there much benefit to having access to the 2FA option if I already use RAIVO for 2FA codes.
I vaguely remember playing Aladdin on the N64 and a ton of Super Mario 64, that game was oddly ominous in my memories
I just saw that lemmy.world has an option to hide it, shame I don’t see an option for it on memmy, I do see a hide total scores but doesn’t appear to do anything.
I’d like an option, user side perhaps that just tucks it away, doesn’t remove it just don’t show it
Very fun first episode!!
The synopsis I just read of East of Eden is very intriguing, on the list it goes ^^
Another that’s been on my list for far too long
I’ve been using http://bunkrr.su a lot recently as an alternative
Me, very easily distracted, ADD^100: chose to READ it, it’s taking some time.
Oh, I’ve had that on my to read for a very long time, perhaps this year I may actually start it.
Oh exciting, I have the series ready to go and I scroll past and forget how much bigger they get as they go.
thats my bad there, replied to wrong comment, it does sound like a ton of fun to read
Oh those are quite some interesting books, definitely gonna check them out ^^
Would it be benefitial to start 4 books prior to Night Watch, being The Truth or somewhere else?
Edit* I’ve just seen in readarr that the Ankh-Morpork City Watch is sectioned off so I’ve just started there ^^
I’ll start, for the moment mine are
I recently updated my kobo devices and saw that there’s a Google drive option now for storing books elsewhere, for the time being I’ve just been using calibre and moving files over myself, would there be any concerns to host non drm ebooks from mam on a Google drive if I’m only sharing it with like one person.
Cheers^^
I’m currently using Memmy and it’s giving me Apollo vibes but I’m open to testing out other apps ^^
Idk how to explain it and I imagine it’s been said plenty of times by now but it’s just, way easier to engage with posts here, usually on Reddit I’d just ignore the whole commenting aspect and just scroll through media.
I like this change, it reminds me of older social media platforms I used to use that were fairly small, player.me for instance.
