I like the implications of that statement, they are saying, that in the middle of a war, being sanctioned by Europe and the US, they went from crappy military, to menace to the world, with time to spare to be the fastest growing economy in Europe, while the US, while NATO that arguably began this whole conflict couldn't advance the(according to this article) already superior military technology to keep up with the Russian miracle.
In my opinion that makes NATO just as pathetic as the truth does, I just like how the news twists and hides stuff, it is just funny actually, like the departure from reality is so blatant and so constant that I just find it funny, and also inspiring, cause it shows despair, and if the mouthpieces of capitalism is showing despair, it is good news for the enemies of the system, rejoice comrades, rejoice!

But if I got it correctly it says, that those savings do not come from households, so it's either big corporations or the state itself, and they have saved just under the US and EU together, which means, china is spending less on their development, in fact significantly less, and is growing more and more stable than the west. I think calling it ignorance is somewhat naïve, cause to me it is clearly a poorly disguised excuse to block the trade wirh China
Not sure if they've been patched since but when it launched it was bad, the graphic enhancement was a lazy job of sort of upscaling that both made it loose the poligonal style (that in my opinion gives the games their characteristic look) and smear off some of the scenery texture to the point that some of the text on in game outdoors and store fronts gets blurred to the point of being illegible, and to finish it off it has a smaller music selection on the radios because of licensing issues

If you wanna start, I am somewhat good at explaining things, I think the first and most important part of getting into the game, is focus on what you want out of the game, if you like playing the campaign, look at that, don't go look after endgame stuff, just enjoy the campaign and have fun, and go learning the rest of the game one step at a time. But if you are a power gamer and wanna go hard min maxing from the get go, go for it look into the builds and stuff. The game is a very big game you can go into it as fast or as slow as you want, I can help with what I know, I still have some to learn about it but I think I can guide people through most of it. I can be scary at first but the idea is that there is no wrong way to play it, play it how you like it and have fun.
