  • I understand your point of view but disagree. Regardless, if the wording change conveys the same meaning without the potential to cause offence - then the change makes sense.

  • It seems backwards to restrict hours like this. Not being able to sell alcohol at supermarkets is pretty backwards as well.

  • I've had less of those lately, and more who drive under the limit by 20km. Back streets near home, 30kph. Main road with a 60 limit.... 40kph.

    Why. WHY.

    TIL that 80% of Australian homes are colder than is recommended by the WHO safety standards for indoor air temperature.
  • I'm not exactly shocked. Even here in Brisbane it can be freezing in winter. Australian housing is rubbish.
