    Would you agree?
  • Which is more fantastical? Unlimited profits and line going up forever in a finite world? Or capitalism actually ending so all lives can live free from subjugation?

China helping to arm Russia with helicopters, drones and metals
  • Lol all states are bad. "China" as a concept can barely represent the true diversity of the people living in that across and around that huge chunk of land, as much as "USA" can barely represent each individual there.

I'm basically just button-mashing my way through life and somehow haven't died yet.
  • Got burnt by consequences of button mashing that, for the most part, I ended up just letting the game be, controller in hand, zero input due to paralysis.

Are there any Malaysians using Lemmy here?
  • So far using Mlem, Memmy, Voyager, tried all of them before App Store release. Desktop jarang, usually on the move tak dapat duduk layan lol.

Aah kan, tapi cun jugak lah. Chill vibes.

Toki Pona is a bahasa ciptaan yang guna 120+ words je. Ade rasa macam BM skit, tapi lagi minimalist vokab dia.

Lemmy is more left leaning because the rights popularity seen on other social media are driven by bots that are not here.
  • Everything is political, my friend. Accept it, and be kind when discussing! (Not to fascists tho, they will exploit your kindness.)

I'm beginning to come around to anarchism, got any reading suggestions?
  • I found "At The Café" dialogues by Malatesta to be a very entertaining yet insightful reas, especially when it comes to discussions among leftists about power structures.

What's an industry that's known to treat its workers very well?
  • One where decisions are made within horizontal power structures between the producers and consumers, where workers have a democratic control of their work, and consumers have a say on what needs to be produced, necessarily uniting the producer and consumer relationship.

Where any industry concentrates its power to only the owners of the means of production, no power will flow naturally to the workers, and thus will most likely treat their workers like expendables. Under capitalism, every industry functions like this as the power structure needs to be vertical for the owners of industry to continue their shenanigans.

    Basically none today.
