It's not time to rest yet
  • Bought a laptop with a 1050ti back in 2018, still use it to this day. Though I don't game on it as much as I used to. I've upgraded everything else in it that I could

It looks better when comment pics are loaded inline 🤔
  • Except that you can't really put posts and comments in the same format for one, you can have images in between text, multiple images, etc in comments as comments are just markdown

  • I still think it should be an opt out feature because this is the default behavior in Lemmy-UI

Besides, you can easily collapse comments that are images

Is there a Linux mail app that's similar to the default one in Windows 10/11
  • This sucks :(

I tried their new pwa app and its trash

  • I tried Thunderbird but it's got a lot going for it. I just want something simple and minimal

Preferably a native app rather than something built with electron

    I use Arch Linux

So I'm installing Kubuntu on my friend's old laptop which has a slow hdd, so I decided to go with the minimal install option, only to notice that in the final screen, it's actually removing a lot of packages as indicated in the progress status. Is this intentional?

DeArrow extension for YouTube that makes thumbnails bearable
  • I don't think he said that isn't fake. He just said that it's more than just taking a pic of the moon and sticking it in the photo.

Every phone camera does some post processing these days to make the pics look better than what they actually are. How's this any different?
