Her record is not spotless tbh.
Anyway, easy solution to the problem: ban Trump and the GOP. Bam, fascism is no more.
- Well, fascism will still exist if you ban Trump and GOP.
- The US has no mechanisms to ban political parties
  
  and the constitution was basically i intended to prevent banning a party just because the current administration dislikes them.
