Apple has changed its rules for fixing iPhones and Apple Watches. Now, if there’s a tiny crack on the screen, you have to pay to fix it, even if there's no other damage.
Before, Apple would fix these tiny cracks for free if there was no other damage. This new rule doesn't apply to iPads and Macs, which still get free fixes for tiny cracks.
