I don't think the comments here are really understanding the meme. The image is based on Cruelty Squad, a game about a hypercapitalistic society. Pyrocynical has a really in depth video with clips from his interview with the developer.
33More to the point, it's a game about being an assassin for corporate sanctioned attacks on competitors, where human life is valued in how much their organs sell for on the black market. And then it gets weird.

22To add onto what @bumblebrainbee said, the American revolution, the French revolution, the Russian revolution, the Haitian revolution. The American Civil War, Arab Spring, the Irish War of Independence. Violence has long been an unfortunately necessary tool to better the lives of oppressed people.
