The July 13 shooting wounded former President Donald Trump and two of his supporters and left another one – 50-year-old Corey Comperatore – dead.
You know, given someone was shot dead at his rally, I'm not sure how much I care if he was shot in the ear or not. I know there might be some mouth breathers who think he's cooler for getting grazed in the ear but like... It was still an assassination attempt regardless, right? Or is the conspiracy that someone really hated that ex-firefighter?

It doesn't matter if he was hit or not and someone is dead (actually 2 people). However--and I'm not saying I buy into this--if I had to pick a person / campaign who would set up live fire into a crowd and who cares who gets hit if the "target" gets a good photo op, it is trump all day long. And the kicker of THAT is I could imagine someone doing a bane / dark Knight rises "someone has to be in the wreckage" volunteer to get swiss cheesed by secret service.
I don't think the shooter kid meets that profile, but this is within the realm of possible for a fucker like trump.

It's also within the realm of possible that, if there were a conspiracy, they could've simply lied to the shooter and told him that he wouldn't be treated like a disposable loose end.

Just because audience got shot doesn’t mean every bullet was a real round.
Again, we don’t know until proven so take this with lots of salt but, it’s not too hard to make the first 3 shots a blank, trump hides after the first few shots, and the shooter keeps shooting the non blank shots.
I think his team is too incompetent to pull this off, but it’s definitely possible.

Well, I do have to say it is interesting. I'm no expert on gun shot wounds of any kind, but I'm not sure how much visible damage should remain at this point. His doctor, Ronny Jackson said that the bullet track “produced a 2 cm wide wound that extended down to the cartilaginous surface of the ear."

I can't see any marks from a bullet wound. Am I blind? It has only been 1.5 to 2 weeks since the injury. Shouldn't there still be some visible scarring if it was an actual hit and left a 2 cm (that's about 3/4" for my fellow Americans) wide track down to the cartilage?
57Sure, but that's not been seen in pictures. In order to do cartilage damage, it would have had to tear the upper ear lobe. What we have in pictures is blood (ears bleed like crazy due to thin membane and high blood pressure) after the shooting, and then Trump without bandages playing golf.
I'm not pushing any conspiracy theories here, but if I may just say, that the whole bandage thing at the convention was absolutely bullshit. It's clear he dodged a bullet, literally, because a person in the crowd was killed. What I'm saying is that Ronny Jackson's take, and Trump's photos and behavior after the fact don't match up.

-7Well, you're not wrong, but that's not the point of what I said. The point is that there was supposedly a 2cm (3/4" wide) wound down to the cartilage of his ear. Less than 2 weeks later, there is no sign of it. So the damage was apparently very minor and they have been playing up with the panty-liners on their heads.

Prosthetics and make-up can explain this. Leonard Nimoy's ears were pointy when he was on camera on Star Trek, but not the rest of the time. It is all stuff they can control for.
I don't understand what Souza is saying. That Trump was struck by broken glass rather than a bullet? Ok fine, there was considerable uncertainty about that for a while, so maybe there still is. That Trump was not hit by anything at all and that the whole thing is a fake? That is far fetched.

He's not someone trying to hide the fact that he barely missed catching a bullet, so playing with make up to hide something he's going to talk about until he dies doesn't make any sense to me.
