Edit: it's also worth pointing out: The red and black motif (on the parody flag) isn't asccociated with fascism; it is their representation of fighting facism. The colors were used by the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, before being switched back to blue and yellow.

I wish I could read the text on the flags. If anyone can provide a translation, I'd give you my left leg.
Edit 2: Upon further study, the UIA did attempt to create a mono-ethnic state. This situation is complex, indeed.
7The black and red flag reads "Na Vistri Sqyca" which according to google translates to "The point of a/the spear". In combination with the information provided by the videos you linked I would guess that this is the flag of a nationalist division or battalion of the ukrainian military.

I don't get why the Ukrainian armed forces are letting Nazi flags being displayed here. It adds fuel to the "denazification of Ukraine" fire.
