Using the I3 tiling windows manager, pair that with a dual monitor setup and it really makes running dnd and doing other work so much better

If you can afford those monitors, you can afford Foundry.
lol I got them for free
You shouldn't have to. It's about time there's a good FOSS alternative for the existing VTTs.
Damn, thats nice. Might not abandon the idea of i3 on my desktop once I chuck this nvidia card.
It really is incredible. Also nnvidia did make open source drivers for Linux, though I don’t know what model you have.
2080 TI. I love the arch wiki but with Nvidia drivers it felt like that how to draw an owl guide. Instead of trying harder I'm just abandoning nvidia.
I see i3, I upvote
What size monitor is that? It looks bigger than a 49
Those are 2 monitors
That's a lot of Drow. Don't trust them, especially the Priestess of Lolth.
I'm running?! Shit ... uh ... save vs death.
Does a 3 make it?
You mean I3-WM? It's the windows manager I use and it is a thing on Linux. Its a thing that requires config file editing and time to learn but its like super useful for a fast workflow and its light on system resources. It is what makes the management of all my stat blocks so easy.
I'm getting pretty serious monitor envy.
I have a similar setup: one monitor for the VTT and video, the other for notes and character sheets. But my monitors aren't nearly as large, so I can't get the fancy tiling.
you can still do it on smaller monitors
I can, but I wouldn't be able to read anything.
Still needs a lot of juggling haha. Too true.
Pretty much the most use I got out of running 2 monitors at once. Sadly, my group never gets together anymore :(
