49-year-old Brace Hull has been jailed for 46 weeks, as well as handed a three-year long order.

- same here, i just had a quick look around and it seems there's no national legislation, so it comes down to whether your local council has enacted a byelaw, which they might have done. postcode lottery again

Does this include public restrooms? How bad do you have to wreck a public toilet, and how many times does it take before you're considered a legal threat to a coffee shop bathroom? Asking for a friend.

  I'd assume as much, but aren't all Brits banned from public defecation by general public decency laws? If so, an individual ban on the same wouldn't have any meaning. Although I've heard loiscences are required for everything over there, so perhaps there's a public pooping permit for the posh...
