Is anyone else's favorite part of a buffet the soft serve machine?

I don't think I've ever been to a buffet that has a soft serve machine
- I don't think I've ever been to a buffet that has not had a soft serve machine
- I don't visit buffets with frequency, but I believe I've been to a sizzler, vegas, and reno buffets which all had soft serve. I went to an Asian buffet restaurant that did not offer soft serve - only individually packaged cheap ice cream. the Asian buffet was the least expensive buffet that I have ever visited. It was mostly Chinese food and sushi with a few American classics but I had a good experience there.

Mine is the super oily chicken soup that turns my asshole into a soft serve machine.
- Going to a buffet and eating a bunch of chicken soup sounds like a worse value for your money than eating soft serve with chocolate sauce and candy on top. Maybe there is a medication that can be taken to help with oily soft serve shits.

Massive sweet tooth, soft serve isnt necessarily the main go to but the dessert section is. Consume enough sugar for a year in an hour

Our local buffet was an asian-american buffet, so they had the soft serve station but they also had these deep fried sugared donut holes that were always my goto.

I like buffets even though I never feel like I get my money's worth. My favorite station at a buffet is the soft serve machine and the toppings. I like soft serve more than regular ice cream. I only like chocolate and vanilla soft serve. I like the dessert area's selection of unlimited toppings from sauces to sprinkles and candies. When I go to one of those serve-yourself frozen yogurt shops, I am always worried how much the price will be when I am adding toppings, so I try to hold back.
- A little secret I learned from some students at the college dining hall: fill a cup halfway with soft serve, top with coffee. Give it a shot next time you get the chance! Don't go with twist on your first go. Commit to chocolate or vanilla first.

Geez I haven't been to one in ages, but I always quite liked the chocolate milk station.
- Chocolate milk is very similar to chocolate soft serve

The navy calls them "dogs", picture the chocolate frozen yogurt coming out.
