As far as I know it's just more of the same. They don't want Western long-range missiles being fired into Russian territory still. Ukraine has been coming up with their own homemade fun new innovations, like the flamethrower drone, and a drone that works like an off-brand Storm Shadow. But clearly it's necessary for them to be able to utilize the entirety of their existing arsenal in order to have the highest chances of success in the war.
