Proton VPN is moving towards full IPv6 support, which is now available on our browser extension and Linux app.
This is great news! It’s absolutely crazy how bad IPv6 adoption still is; it’s basically still impossible to run any service IPv6-only, even if it’s only for like, modern, expensive devices where I think it would be fairly reasonable to expect good support for "newer" standards.

20To me it's more like IPv6 took so long to come out everybody just started using NAT. And that the addresses are long and weird.
18It is literally this, coupled with nobody having time to learn or implement something new. Honestly, this is like the one thing that FAANG have been unambiguously good for since their v6 adoption is excellent and is most of the observed v6 traffic.
