We should send more ships from NATO countries. If Putin tries anything against them it would put a swift end to this conflict.
- Chances are things would go nuclear. That would NOT be good at all
  
  I would suppose that depends on what NATO's response is. They could swiftly disable Russia's conventional forces in Ukraine and the Black Sea without creating an existential threat to Moscow, which is what I expect it would take to provoke nuclear warfare.
  
  There are only 2 possibilities here:
  Putin is rational and realizes he cannot stand against NATO and hope to survive
  Putin is not rational
  In case of 1, we should make it clear there is no path to victory for him. In the case of 2, it doesn't matter, he's going to go crazy already, the die has already been cast.
  In either case, para bellum.
  
  Does Russia even have working nukes still? They are pretty expensive to upkeep. I think the situation might be pretty funni.
  
  Gleefully hoping for a nuclear escalation is a popular NCD pastime, at least that's how it looks.
  
  Fucking bring it. As an SSBN submariner in the US strategic nuclear navy, please give me a reason to flip that switch. Not a soul in the strategic forces would even hesitate to respond to a valid and authentic EAM.

Will RuSSia attack civilian Ships in International Waters?
- Highly likely. They take a lot of unnecessary actions to try to escalate this war.
- Not unless they're carrying ammunition like the ones Germany shot in WW1. /S
  
  To be fair the WW1 civilian ships were carrying ammo. Lusitania is the notorious example.
