How about the harmful effects on adults as well?
- Profits, sorry, nothing that can be done about them.

I'm suspicious that they want to introduce the requirement of real ids to make accounts online.
- I hadn't used FB for quite some time, when I finally tried to log in again, they wanted me to confirm who I was first with real ID.
  Not to make a new account, just to access my existing account, of which I know the password, security answers, and could confirm ownership via my registered email account.
  And that was the final nail in the coffin.

Meta will be encouraged to be discreet in distributing propaganda to youths that emphasize loyalty to the Empire. Legislation will be drafted the enable oversight

Neither Republicans nor Democrats care about children using Facebook. They care about the political influence of social media and that their party doesn't control it.

I have been hearing about this "concern" for a decade now. A decade more and fb will die naturally anyway.

Scientists have determined that half a glass of wine per year is the safe toxic limit of alcohol. It would be interesting to know how much social you can mainline before your mental health collapses.
