No way archive.org survives much longer. Frankly it's astonishing they made it this long.

Remember when Megaupload skirted around everyone with copyright complaints for years until they announced they were gonna do 100% legal music streaming by offering artists to publish on their platform, and then they were essentially assasinated a month later.

Be careful not to agree to the monthly membership if you decide to donate money to change.org since change.org makes it seem like you're reconfirming a one-time donation when you're actually going to charge you a recurring amount (and at least double dipping even if you cancel immediately).
