  You seem to be referring to something specific. Did Israelis kidnap children under the pretense of an evacuation, or are you "just" referring to the forced displacements that happened?

  I'm referring to the previous forced displacement in which Palestinians came back to their homes leveled and their land occupied. But I'm also referring to the offer Israel has made to take the children in hospitals.

Maybe they should have accepted that fuel that israel delivered them.

  It was 300 L, they probably weren't given more because Hamas is known to siphon fuel from hospitals. I suspect they could have negotiated for more deliveries of fuel. Clearly Hamas would rather parade dead Palestinian babies before the media.
