Slightly tangental, but I learned that I was allergic to shellfish! I was wondering why I felt sick immediately after eating foods that were mixed with shellfish or contaminants. Knowing makes life a heck of a lot easier.

Having Covid. Barely any symptoms, ruined my life.

Always trying to clean as I go. Not as in clean the house, but as in whenever I am doing something every free moment I have I try to clean and organize so that by the time I am done, I might not have anything left to clean and organize.
Cooking? Every thing I finish with I wash
Working in the yard? Any tool I am done with I put it back in place.
Etc.
It feels obvious, but only once I actively decided to remind myself of this method everyday, did I really start to feel the improvement.
I have ADHD so this only worked for me since I started getting medication, but it really is helpful if you can do it.

Since there were many mentions of allergies, I should point out lactose intolerance. Everyone is lactose intolerant to some extent. Even if you continue to produce the lactase enzyme into adulthood it is in limited supply.
Its been good to learn that there is a limit to how much cheese I can consume.
Stop rushing into relationships with others, learning to trust our gut about things.
Giving up gluten, turns out we were minorly allergic all these years and that was the source of our tummy pain, which doctors never thought to check.
Mentally seperating ourselves from those we live with.
I learned to validate myself.
Vitamin balancing, particularly balancing vitamins a (betacarotene), d, e, and k.
I set hard boundaries with some friends who I had developed unhealthy dynamics with. I was able to be firm yet kind and so far, my request for space and silence has been respected. I'm glad I stood up for myself, I'm a little sad cause there were good times too, and I'm so so relieved.
